All student athletes MUST have a current physical on file with the school before they will be allow to participate. Unlike other years, coaches cannot collect forms at practice; they need to be dropped off at the school prior to being allowed to swim. The following forms MUST be completed and dropped off at the Main Office during regular school hours.
