All practices will be held at the Jeff Rouse Swim and Sport Center.

All swimmers will need a ride to and from practice.  If your swimmer is in need of transportation, please speak with Coach Kennedy or Coach Hybl and they will try to help facilitate.

Regular Season Practices 

Practice Start Date: Monday November 17th 2025

Monday - Friday 2:30 - 3:45pm 

1:50pm Students can leave their last block class to catch the bus or drive to the Rouse Center

2:00pm School lets out 

2:30pm Arrive at the pool, dressed and ready to swim

2:45pm Splash Time 

3:45pm Practice Ends and the team heads home

No practice on Meet Days

Winter Break Practice (2025-26 season)

December 22-24, 26, 29-31, and January 2nd

10:15-11:15 at the Rouse Center
