ALL SWIMMERS MUST see Coach Flynn in the cafeteria/gym during lunch on Wednesday, November 9th to get an orange wristband. This wristband notifies coaches that you have turned in your physical. Swimmers without physicals/wristbands CANNOT participate until they have turned in this form. SET AN ALARM on your phone to remind you to go get your wristband so you can participate.

All student-athletes MUST have a current physical on file with the school before they will be allowed to participate. Unlike other years, coaches cannot collect forms at practice; they need to be dropped off at the school prior to being allowed to swim. The following forms MUST be completed and dropped off at the Main Office during regular school hours.
