Greetings North Swim!!

This is just a quick email to welcome NSHS returning swimmers and their families. If you no longer have high-school-age swimmers or students interested in swimming, feel free to delete this message - it will be the only one you receive from the team this year.

We are so excited for another year in the pool!

Please mark your calendar for Wednesday, September 25th, at 5:00 p.m., when our Pre-Season Swimmer and Parent Interest Meeting will be held in the North Stafford HS Library. While attendance is not mandatory, it is highly encouraged.

Our Team Schedule is up-to-date with the most current information; however, please remember that it is also subject to change.

For those unable to attend the Pre-Season Meeting held on Wednesday (the 26th), please email Coach Ramirez and Coach Kennedy directly with any questions.

Remember, you cannot get into the pool without a current physical. This includes pre-season and tryouts. Please be sure to take care of this sooner rather than later. CVS Minute Clinic and KidMed both offer same-day options for getting this done. Physical Forms can be downloaded here. Please also complete the Student Code of Conduct.

Registration is required for all swimmers participating on the team. This allows for Coaches to seed our meets, as well as communicate important season information. Registration for the season is now open.

If you have any questions, do not hesitate to reach out and we will see that someone gets back to you as soon as possible.
