Practice is cancelled this afternoon. Please stop by room 504 during your lunch or at 1:50 to drop off/pick up your equipment contract. These must be signed and returned prior to receiving your school issued swim equipment. Have a great weekend. Get lots of rest and drink lots of water. See you on Monday.

All student-athletes MUST have a current physical on file with the school before they will be allowed to participate. Unlike other years, coaches cannot collect forms at practice; they need to be dropped off at the school prior to being allowed to swim. The following forms MUST be completed and dropped off at the Main Office during regular school hours.
