Standard JV heats are as followed: 1 additional heat each of 50 Free, 100 Free, 100 Back and 100 Breast. If both coaches agree these can be modified but please do not add more than 10 additional mins to the meet.

This event will be held on Monday, January 9th at the Hampton Oaks Community Center (80 Northampton Blvd) from 6:00-7:30pm. This is such a great time for our swimmers. Hope everyone can make it!!! Thu Nov 10 2022	NSHS Swim Team Tryouts JRSSC - 1600 Mine Rd, Stafford, VA 22554 Start: 3:00 PM End: 4:45 PM NSHS Swimmers, Tryouts will run November 7th-10th. We realize there is no school on the 7th or 8th so please talk to Coach Lawson if you will not be available those dates. All try-outs will be held at the Jeff Rouse Swim and Sport Center from 3:00-4:45pm.

Job Signup

Click the green JOB SIGNUP button and sign up for volunteer shifts (note one parent may sign up both parents for jobs -- scroll down and you’ll see the other parent listed).
Click Save Assignments.
